Ingredients: |
4 Cups cubed and boiled potatoes
4 T butter
2 cups milk
4 T flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 sautéed onion
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
to taste pepper |

Cooking Instructions: |
Boil potatoes in salt water, and drain potatoes. Make a medium white sauce by combining the milk, butter, salt, flour, and desirable amount of pepper. Add cheese and potatoes to the sauce and serve. |
